Dublin Street restaurant has a long standing reputation for creating menus of exquisitely prepared fine dining cuisine.
Here the chefs use only premium cuts of meat, fish, game and poultry. Menus change every few months using seasonal and locally sourced produce wherever possible. There are always seasonal vegetarian options available.
A few Stac Polly favourites such as baked filo pastry parcels of haggis, and either Edinburgh Fog or Cranachan are always available. As all our dishes are made in our kitchens most dietary requirements can be catered for, especially with advance notice.
From Monday to Saturday lunch is usually served in the brasserie, please see the brasserie section for menus.
For group bookings and during the Christmas period lunch is also served in the restaurant. Please enquire directly.
