Group dining - Stac Polly

We have welcomed groups for every occasion and from all over the world. People come to hold wedding meals, Burn's Suppers, graduations, whisky tastings, birthdays, retirements and conference groups. Group menus are available and there is no room hire charge.

Dublin Street restaurant can seat around 90 throughout the various rooms. Groups of between 10 and 50 people can dine privately.

It's best to get in touch to discuss your requirements as every group is different.

Group Dinner Menu

 

~ Starters ~

Wild garlic and garden pea soup, mint crème fraiche, spiced granola

Seared wood pigeon breast, smoked beetroot puree, sweet and sour blackberry coulis, mustard frill micro leaves

Baked filo parcels of finest haggis with a homemade sweet plum sauce

Elderflower and Edinburgh gin cured Scottish salmon, chick pea and dill blini, smoked baby onions, Kohlrabi cream, radish and chive oil

Saffron-infused mini pear, goat’s cheese mousse, roasted walnut crumb, mini red chard salad, sesame and black pepper tuile

Grilled Loch Fyne queen scallops (in their shells) topped with lime and seaweed butter sauce, cucumber salsa

 

~ Mains ~

Oven roasted Border’s lamb rump, brioche and herb crust, sautéed celeriac, star anis and sherry glazed carrots and peas, mint and red orange game jus

Soya glazed North Atlantic salmon, sautéed potatoes, pan-fried pak choi and asparagus, Enoki mushrooms, ginger jam, watercress salad

Fillet of Scottish beef, sautéed baby potatoes, lentils du puy, roasted shallots, cream kale, chestnut mushroom and tarragon sauce (£5.00 supplement)

Pan-fried lemon sole fillet, leek and clotted cream potatoes, pickled cucumber, red pepper essence, samphire, lemon and baby caper butter sauce

Roast tenderloin of pork wrapped with parma ham and spinach, potato confit, sage and pork faggot, black pudding crumb, apple and cider sauce

Pumpkin, red chard and almond crumble, baby rocket salad, spicy tomato vinaigrette, Parmesan cheese tuile

10% service charge will be added to drinks and all extras including suppléments.
