Stac Polly is one of Edinburgh's original restaurants for authentic Scottish food and atmosphere; now in its 21st year. Stone walls combine with flickering candles, crisp linen and twinkling glasses to give a truly Scottish experience. Expect a menu of exciting interpretations of modern and traditional cuisine using locally sourced produce. Private rooms available at Dublin Street and St Mary's Street, and outdoor dining at Dublin Street.

Food served: Monday to Friday 12 noon – 2pm. Monday to Sunday 6pm – 9:30pm.
