The bistro is a small and welcoming restaurant located just off the Royal Mile. Serving a menu of exquisitely prepared, exciting interpretations of modern and traditional Scottish cuisine, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Prints and pictures adorn the walls, including a beautiful illustration of the south elevation of the full length of the Royal Mile. The bistro has also had some interior improvements made recently. Here at the bistro we have a full wine list, Scottish beers from the Orkney Brewery and a good selection of whiskies.
